The fabric is dimensionally stable — almost no shrinkage with proper care. Detailed measurements (chest, length, sleeve) are on every product page if you want to double-check.

Cold wash, inside out, like with like. Hang dry — no tumble. The print is fixed deep into the fabric and won't crack, but turning it inside out keeps colors vivid for longer. Iron on the reverse side only if needed.
